I am really liking the blocks in that pillow ... makes me think of a joker's tights ... oh, I remember! Harlequin ... the blocks remind of a harlequin pattern.
I like them! thanks for sharing!

Um I didn't know the pattern had a name LOL
I just started sticking blocks together and that's what I ended up with LOL

I do that alot especially with HST's just make a bunch then start sticking them together until I like the way the block looks and go from there.

I used RIT Dye to do the fabrics and I did them on my dining room table..
laid a huge piece of plastic on table some on floor,
then I got a pan of dye ready according to directions on box/bottle
put in on hotpad on table then used a paintbrush to get the dye on fabric
(Used 108" muslin cut into 1/2 yd strips)
just kinda cruched it together then folded it loosly in half so it was close together put the dye on it..
more in some spots less in others then just let it sit for an hr or so.
rinsed rinsed rinsed and rinsed a few more times
lol let it dry hanging outside.
Then I washed each piece seperately using delicate cycle with a tiny bit of soap.

Thank you all for the great feedback I'll have to post pics of some of my other projects. :)

Okay! Now I know the full story!
All I saw were the potholders and the pillow ... words failed me on the pillow, but I really liked it.

The first time I heard the song, it was ANdy williams singing it, and it was a little zippier, but I thought you would like to hear the song and gaze at your quilt <g>.
