I don't know the pattern name but I sure do like the pattern. I'm going to have to try that.

Your right. It is Warm Wishes and available on the Project Linus web site in 2 sizes.

It appears to me that the strips are unequal in width. I would think cutting your WOF strips at 2 1/2" 3" and 2 1/2", making for a 7" strip to subcut into 7" squares, would work out about right. Of course, your theme print squares would need to be 7" also. You could alter this to be just about any size of square/strip set you want. Yes, it should work out to be a very straight forward and attactive beginner level quilt.

Be sure to sew 2 of your WOF strips, reverse directions and sew the other 2 from the other end. This tends to reduce the chance of distortion.
