    I take it you have found out how spoiled we have become with our fancy computerized machines. I used a friends machine this past weekend and it was so basic it didn't have a needle up/needle down button. Well when I would turn corners, I was forgetting to make sure my needle was down before turning my fabric. Oops....... Happy shopping!!
    Yes, that pretty much describes the machine I sew on. Nothing fancy...no needle up/down, no automatic cutter, no computerized anything. I still can make blue ribbon quilts!! :P :P

    maybe if it snowed here I would get more done!!? :lol: not likely to snow here though unless climate change happens drastically...

    I've learned to at least take a knitting project even if it's just a day trip. Good to have something to do, just in case. Bet you'll always bring something now!
