What are they????

I have loved reading all the comments on this thread.
I can't stand to just sit and watch t.v. so I always have a hand project to do. A few years ago my daughter was annoyed at NOT having a dishwasher in her home. I made these crocheted edged towels so she would at least feel good about drying her dishes in style. They are actually a very fast project and inexpensive project. The towels are from WALMART.
Five towels are about $6.00. One "ball" of size 10 crochet thread will do 3 towels. I've made lots of them over the years. Can you guess who's kitchen doesn't have any???? yep, never kept any for myself--It is more fun to give them away.
