Mine is a set of blocks called Tam's Patch from the Quilter's Cache. It's been there since the middle of Oct since my machine is in for repair. I so want to finish this one and want that machine back!
Here's a link to the block:

That will be a very pretty quilt. I don't have a design board.

All you need for a design wall is a plastic table cloth with a flannel back. Your quilt blocks will stick to the flannel. That's what I use. I have it attached to my panelling in my sewing room with nails I have put into the grooves on the panelling.

My design wall has the beginnings of a family challenge. The blue/purple challenge fabric will be the background for the applique I am making from a woodcarving pattern. It is a pattern of a goldfish pond with lily pads and flowers, goldfish anf dragonflies. The scene is all from the top looking down.

I've so wanted a design board! Thanks for telling how simple it can be. I have light panel and a perfect empty space to put the table cloth up!

Just finished making a queen size quilt top using three sizes of the 10 minute block in only black and white prints. Love the way it turned out. It is for my youngest daughter who insisted that it only be black and white prints. Great choice. It sort of looks elegant. Now I'm working on the back of the quilt. It is different width stripes of black and white fabrics with large black dots appliqued about the quilt. All of my quilts are reversible because I have too many ideas I just have to try.
