Out of the box thinkers are often misunderstood by people who think merely hum-drum. The quilting world has a place for all...traditional, modern, artsy, big block, small block. Do your own thing and more power to you. I definitely like it. Maybe you need new friends surrounding you. LOL.

Love your design, but not sure of the color placement. I would not quilt it yet. I would probably take it apart an play with color a bit more. But on the other hand , that is me and it is not my quilt. All that matters is that you LOVE IT!!

As you said, as long as you like it, thats what counts.
Personally I don't care for it, the bright pinks don't go well with the darker colors in the quilt. The pattern is kinda wierd.
A quilt always looks better after its quilted.

Vat and Pieces2 i truly thank you for your honesty i asked for your view. I will be honest it doesn't hurt as bad because you are quilters and have a good eye for placement and color. This monster was built in a few days it had a need to be born. I believe now that the right quilting might turn this beast into a beauty!
