Default Wheel Chair/lap quilts made

I asked at the skilled nursing home near me if they would like some simple pre-quilted lap quilts and this is what I made. I had the pre-quilted fabric for years. This is a good way to use it up. I added a sewn on applique near the top so they could tell which was the top!
the top right is a yellow rabbit but he doesn't really show.He is for the binding that has rabbit prints on it. The second right is a duck because the binding had ducks.
also used up left over bindings.
and the bottom right one is gray, brown and gray again. left overs made into one.

Those are nice. I'm sure the recipients will love them!

Very nice! The pre quilted fabric will hold up well to multiple washing and the appliques make it easy for the recipient to know which one is theirs, perfect!

close to 36x44. I think the last cream one was 48 long though.

Thanks for the info, I was thinking about making and donating some of this size to a nursing home but wasn't sure what size to make.

A great idea. A friend of mine makes wheelchair quilts and she cuts the corners off on the bottom of the quilts so they "sit" nicely around the wheels.
