When you need a quick gift or just for yourself

I make these for quick gifts or stocking stuffers.
So easy.
Sew a gathering stitch across the middle of the kitchen towel and gather to the with of a potholder.
Stitch the pot holder to the towel.
Fold potholder in half and sew on a button.
It hangs on drawer pulls or oven door.

My mom makes those but instead of a potholder on top she crochets the part that hangs over a handle and attaches a button. I like both versions--I use them all the time and they really are appreciated as small gifts.
