This post is for everyone who is doing a chicken project... runners, cushions or quilts... to post their photos.

I am hoping Marcia and Melissa will post their completed quilt photos here as well!

That way you folks on the board can get inspiration, a chuckle or a smile from the people who were bitten by the "Chicken Quilt Bug"!!

And every time I look at your quilt I think, "Oh I wish I had found that pattern" or "I should have done that..."

I think we have a mutual admiration society goin' on!

    I LOVE story quilts!
Can't you just imagine grammy and child, snuggled under the quilt, while the kid tells her story after story about why that rooster with the long legs really will play basketball someday?
I keep gathering chicken fabric for some reason, and maybe your inspiration is why.
    Good job!

Loving those chicken quilts - Marcia you've made TWO!!! I love your long leggedy rooster, and the chicken soup in mamagus' one, and Loretta that slogan - we rule the roosters - LMAO! Plus, I've got some of the border fabric you used! Melissa, the rooster with the sun behind him - love it! Reminds me of kellogs cornflakes! :D

    MUST GET CRACKIN' ON MINE!!!!!

In France they have an expression that translates as ' if parsley grows well in your garden then it's the lady who wears the trousers'

BTW, my parsley's doing just fine! :D
