Patti absolutely beautiful and what a wonderful design you made! You should definitely print it and offer it for sale (another way to make income to buy fabric lol)
Love it and thank you for sharing!

How user friendly is EQ7? I am not real computer savy and have no prior experience with quilt designing. I've been piecing and quilting since 2001 but always use someone else's pattern. Would love to do something like you did on my own. What would I need to purchase, books, software, etc., to get started? Thanks for your time and the info. The tablerunner for your Grandmother is awesome.

I find it very user friendly..much more so than EQ5. If you buy the software, you will recieve a manual to go with it. The software itself has help in the form of a regular "help" menu, dynamic help and also great videos. All of these are really good and walk you through any steps you need. There are tutorials included as well. There are lessons in the book that you can do on your own. If you buy it and invest just a little bit of time, you will master it in no time.

This runner took me about an hour to design and was loads of fun!
