Couldn't have said it better. How many of us have cleaned up a home of an elderly family member who passed and found all the "good stuff" they were saving? Use it and enjoy the bliss you will feel by seeing it everyday and sleeping under it every night, life is to short!
Please use it as much as you can or at least place it somewhere you can see it daily! Congrats on this accomplishment and thank you for showing this marvellous quilt!!

To hand quilt something like that is amazing and I agree that it should go on your bed so you can enjoy it every day!

What size is it? Where did you buy the stenciled fabric (guessing that it was already marked when you but it?) and what is the name of the pattern?

Thanks for sharing!

Oh how fun! Your quilt placed! How exciting is that?

Your quilt is absolutely beautiful!!! I hand quilted and hand appliqued a large lap size quilt - can't imagine doing a queen, but maybe someday. An excellent winter project!

You'll need to display the quilt in some way and that ribbon should be close by. Congratulations!

USE IT! It's better to put it 'away' torn and/or soiled than never to have enjoyed it at all. It's gorgeous. Congratulations
