    Wholecloth prototype

My vision is to do a carpenter's square as a full sized wholecloth bed quilt. But I thought I would see if my quilting would show up the pattern before I did a full sized quilt. It is 40 x 40 and will make a great wallhanging and quilt to show at nursing homes. This is not a true carpenter's square but a version of one

put off till tomorrow what you can do today, and if you procrastinate long enough, you may never have to do it.

To me THIS is where quilting of this degree and style and skill really belongs....as the star of the show, not supplemental to the piecing.
Of all the things i've lost, i miss my mind the most.
