Thread: Why I've been so quiet this weekend.......

    Here was my weekend project. I started with a scrap bag of bolt ends that I had bought at the Cleveland sewing expo. I've wanted to try a braid technique soooooo this is what I ended up with.

    Sorry the distant shot is blurry. I included the quilt inspector to give you an idea of size.

    That is absolutely beautiful. I love braids. And the inspector loves it too. He has claimed it.

    Wonderful quilt!
    You did "bunkhouse pioneer braid" good! And, I see a bundle of folks going to duplicate your endeavor.
    Your inspector has good taste, also, I see ... I agree with the writer that noticed how well the quilt matched the cat ..
    Now THAT! That has absolutely got to be the secret to choosing colors.
