I had a customer send me a quilt that I saw a piecing mistake after I quilted it. She sent me leftover fabric, I appliqued it over the mistake and quilted that section again.
I'm always finding mistakes on my piecing AFTER I take a picture.

i take pictures all through out the process from blocks to final quilting for this very reason.
