Very cute. I love how you put the animals and trees in. Your border fabric is great.

Where did you get that border fabric? or did you design it yourself?
Border fabric was one of those blessed moments. I've never seen it again. I bought all she had and it almost wasn't enough. I had fun with the animal print of bears, moose, elk, as well. I so appreciate the compliments. I enjoyed making the quilt, but it was a challenge.

I love your quilt. I especially like the way you put your triangles together to look like flying geese. Fabulous!

Fay, what a perfect quilt for your son and his wife! It's really beautiful. I have been thinking about trying embroidery floss for a quilt I'm working on...for the color and emphasis. Was it more difficult? Hey, don't feel bad about 3 years...I started my daughter's wedding quilt before she got married and gave it to them for their 10th anniversary!

This is a stunning quilt, and definitely has the flavor of the Adirondacks. Your fabric choices are perfect, I love the little trees, and the paw prints. It's perfect.
