For those interested in which of my blocks won the Top 12 in our County Fair Quilt Block Contest is was #2. Here's pictures of the blocks I submitted as well as the 37 other blocks that were entered in the contest. There was a great turnout this year. The Top 12 blocks selected will be used in a quilt to raffle next year at the fair. The proceeds support the Home Arts Dept. of the fair. I've also included a picture of this years raffle quilt. I think it turned out really nice.

That is really neat the way they do the quilt  Your blocks are great , the judges must have had a hard time just picking out 12.

Congrats on your winning block

I agree with you. The blocks were all so pretty and so different! I'm really proud that one of my was selected. Its amazing how the same fabrics can be used in so many different ways. That's one thing I love about our hobby/addiction.

    :)
