Winnie the Pooh Quilt for Baby Jordy!

HOW BEAUTIFUL! It's amazing what one can do with "scraps" isn't it? I'm so glad I could help. As I told you, I'm still in love with that bear and I'm 49! While I tend to lean towards the "cartoon" version, I do have some classic pooh in my collection.
Someone asked about the fabric -- it was a set of sheets. Long before they made queen size sheets, I thought if I purchased 2 sets of full, that I could put them together and make 1 queen set. Somehow, I managed to pull it off! And what I had left and shared with Angie, paying forward from someone else on the board who helped me out when I was searching for something.
Judy did a great job with helping lay it out. It really is a work of heart.
Thanks for sharing the photos. I loved seeing it.

Beautiful quilt and what a great story with it. I love reading stuff like this - someone cared to try to make a special gift for a friend, random people here cared to help and we all get to see how wonderfully it all turned out. This just made my day!
