Well, he knows now that he wanted this.
I arise in the morning torn between a desire to improve the world and a desire to enjoy the world. This makes it hard to plan the day.

OMG, this is so beautiful. It takes my breath away and speaks loudly of love and caring. Beautiful quilt; great job. It is simply gorgeous. Thank you for sharing.
Desiderata (Max Ehrmann) - Walk placidly amid the noise and haste and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible without surrender be on good terms with all persons. Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even the dull and the ignorant; they too have their story. Avoid loud and aggressive persons, they are vexations to the spirit.

    No, it is all pieced.
All I had for guidance was that he wanted pine trees, a star, and an angel.

Thank you all for your kind words.
I may make another one to keep. My husband really liked it to.
