Looks like you've had a very successful winter quilt season. Pretty quilts. Need to do something with all my DD t-shirts too! Thanks for sharing.

They're wonderful! Wih I had saved DD's T-shirts. Wasn't quilting at the time. Wonder if they are around here somewhere.

I love the way you put the blocks from your retreat group in horizontal rows. I usually end up putting things with sashing all the way around. Good idea. You have sure done some pretty work.

I love your winter quilts. Especially the retreat one with all the participant's names on it. How fun to have such a nice reminder of a good time with the girls. It looks as though you beat back the winter blues with some wonderful colors. Great job.

The BAltimore Alblum is all what I call cheaters cloth. Mimi designed it for those of us who can't or won't applique. I merely handquilted around the motifs. The wide borders are crosshatched diagonally. Mimi was allowed to pick and choose from the patterns on the quilts at the Maryland Historial Society. They have a fabulus collection.

She actually teaches a year long class in Baltimore Applique. I have many friends who have taken it. When I took it to the guild for show and tell I told her it was the only way I would be making her Baltimore Alblum Quilt.
