Several people have asked me for this pattern. Unlike fancy PP patterns, this is one anyone can reproduce easily. Download the photo (right click). The blocks are 6" (cornerstones) 9" and 27" finished sizzes. Enjoy.

Your quilt is beautiful. I have a top I made with maple leaves and 9 patches and I do love making the maple leaves. My mother wants me to make her a maple leaf quilt. I may make it with your layout. Love the leaves in a leaf idea. I also like your stems. They appear to be appliqued with a nice curve...more natural looking than the straight pieced stems. Just lovely!
