From your posted picture I made the same quilt. I used the 8" Curvy Log Cabin ruler modified with the hst's in the same places as yours. Mine is the same 6 x 8 blocks but the quilt only measures 48" x 64".
I am part of the Quilts of Valor Foundation. We make free quilts to honor and comfort veterans. Over 200,000 quilts have been awarded by the national group. My group has awarded 170+ quilts to deserving veterans. The flag quilt is displayed at each of our award ceremonies.
