Our friend just loves everything about the Wizard of Oz so my sewing friend and & decided to make her a Wizard of Oz quilt. This is what we came up with.

One of the best Wizard quilts I have ever seen. Love the depth and dimension in your window boxes with the fussy cut sepia picture in each one and the broderie perse technique you used in the border is genius. But the Pièce de résistance is the label! love, love, love it!

What a great quilt. Front and back it's perfect. For AUNTEVIE who asked if the fabrics are still available, go to www.quiltshops.com and there are three pages of fabric and the stores that sell them (I had an Aunt Evie of my own once upon a time).

My niece loves the Oz series. She collects it all too. I love the wording you put on it.
I made her one and it is so totally different.
I love your window pane idea.....it's great.....

I got the sepia panels off of ebay. Ruby slippers and globes I googled to find. The ruby slippers were hard to find with the ecru background. Thank you every for the kind comments. My friend Kathy & I really enjoy quilting together.
