I looked at the pattern online. And I must say I like the colors and layout that you've chosen much better than the pattern indicates. Wonderful quilt and beautiful job.

A beautiful quilt, bright and cheery. Your friend sounds like the perfect person for this quilt. How lucky she is to have a friend like you. And your daughter helped too.

I once made a quilt with stories, also. When I gave it away, I put all the stories in a notebook, passed it along to too.

Oh my! Those colors just pop, but yet work together beautifully! This is one gorgeous quilt and your friend will be very pleased with all the work, love, and meaning that are woven together in your quilt for her.
