WooHoo!! my new machine
#13
Here is a picture of my new machine it is a Brother VQ2400 with a 11inch throat space... I can't wait to do some FMQ on it..I got it on Friday we were kind of late getting home and then had to finish up in the barn, I hope I can figure it out from the book, but I think I will call on Monday and ask when I can come in for some help running this machine. Boy there is a lot to learn on it but I will get it.. It is a long way to go to the dealer about 75 miles but I think it will be well worth having someone help me with it.
Anyway just wanted to show everyone my brand new toy..

I have the Baby Lock equivalent. Love YouTube for great tutorials. Here are a few links. They have helped me loads.

Brother Sews on YouTube has lots of great tutorials.

You may want to check youtube for an instructional video on your specific machine. I just got a new Pfaff Expression 4.2, and on youtube is a 1 hr 19 min official video on my machine. It is wonderful and explains everything with good close up pictures. Makes the manual a whole lot easier to understand.

I have a brother SQ9000 I paid a small amount for with 80 stitches (why I bought it) and I love it. Have other machines but like the fancy stitches, and no room to set more machines up. Enjoy your new machine and we will look for pictures of your masterpieces you make on that beauty.
