    Default Wool and Hand Embroidery
    Lately I have been experimenting with wool and hand embroidery. I never really realized what dimension the wool can add, and hand embroidery is a wonderful embellishment. Rather than using a fusible material I hand basted the wool pieces to the cotton so that the needle would go through the wool easier. Sometimes the fusing makes it pretty tough to add much stitching.

    Your quilt is a beauty. Is it a wall hanging? It sure will be a lovely decoration for Memorial and INdependence Days.
