I think it looks great!. The checkered border is a must and I like all the colours. I think a narrow border of something like the mottled green in one of your leaves would be great too.

I think the pink adds more light to the quilt. Perfect balance.

I like the pink but think I'd use a softer pink. Wonderful work!

I think how you are proceeding is going to work nicely. Such pretty colours and lovely pattern. This will be a stunner when it is finished.
