That's really nice, I love the star and I happen to like black and yellow and white (have a whole room done in it).

Thank you.. I have been at the hospital for the last 5 hours with a friend wh has cancer and now internal bleeindg ;((( but going up now to put a couple borders on it and will repost pictures.... I need a change of scenery :)

This quilt in red and blacks its wonderful i will post the one my mom made for me. I have also made this is several other colors.

My mom made this carpentar star for me i use as a bed topper over a black quilt

Ohhh nice. The colours look good, but yes, I think a dark border will finish it off beautifully.

There is more of the background fabric then there is a scrappy boarder using the left over from the star points then I have a black that I love as a framer and a darker one for border ;) had hoped to get to it today but phone ringin.. and my neighbor boy is here to clean the donkey pens.. and chicken pen .
