Agree - 1 or 3. I also like 1 or 3 better than plain brown or plain green :)

Depending on how many you are making, I would do a mixture...blue, green and brown...and maybe even a few two color ones..... Are all the plates going to be scrappy? Or will they all be the same? If they are scrappy, I would make the circles scrappy too!
