you buy the metal buttons and cover them with your fabric.. i do this if i can't find one i like to go with the bag.

Beautiful colors and work! I love my "Little Princess" it just sews so each and doesn't need any adjustments, except for little stitch length and goes from 2 layers to 6 with ease. Love my little machine!
