Beautiful quilt...and a quick question from a newbie...do you quilt the top before or after you embroider the flowers...

Beautiful quilt. Did you do machine embroidery? Did you have a particular software package for the flowers? Someone in my embroidery class did a quilt with embroidered flowers and it was so pretty. I'm looking for something like that.

wow I love it.. wouldn't out great grandma's frown on us for making such beauty in the non-traditional ways.. so many squares.. that are NOT lined up across or down.. quilts like this fit our non traditional lives of today. sort of scattered but well put together to balance!!

Before I quilt it. After I finish a block, I embroider it, then put the quilt together. It's much easier that way.
