They are VERY heavy and I'm sure they are difficult to wash. I have not gotten up the nerve to wash mine yet. It is stored in the cedar chest most of the time.

That must have been like walking down memory lane making those yoyos! You probably remembered what each scrap of fabric was used for.

You made a beautiful coverlet, that's destined to be a heirloom.

I started making yo-yo's about 5 years ago and got tired of them and put them away. I have probably 100 or more circles already cut, and about 100 or more already sewn. Must get them out and work on them at night when I'm watching tv. Good hand project, but it will take me a long, long time to get enough to do a coverlet. Yours is just beautiful.
