I love your quilt either way, but especially with the border.

Feathered star is such a beautiful pattern, and you have certainly done an amazing job of it. :D

Your quilt is beautiful!! A feathered star is on my "to do" list, but I am a little afraid of it, someday. I can't wait to see it with your hand quilting, it will be wonderful.

Beautiful quilt. It stands on its own. The border wasn't necessary, but you must finish it now that you started it! The quilt will look wonderful either way.

Your quilt is simply stunning, and although the feathered stars could stand alone, your appliqued border is like the extra icing on the cake...not absolutely necessary, but, all the better for it. you did a fabulous job!

I'm a big fan of applique so I prefer the borders w/ the applique. That quilt is absolutely stunning!

It is a beautiful quilt. I think the applique border is a lovely addition. Trust your own judgement on the green option -- you seem to have a handle on things!
