    Yvonne sent be the "Jewel" of a quilt.... How can you not love the emerald shine this has?
    It is hard to see in the photos but some of the green fabrics actually have a glitter/sparkle in them.

    Great quilt..great piecing.

    I decided to add my loops and stars around the stars and the last border to make those other stars feel at home....and sparkle a bit more..then I outlined the stars ... surrounded them with a small stipple...I framed it all in with a swirlie feather...to give it some interest.

    I love the finished quilt!

    I quilted this freehand on my INNOVA> I used HObbs polydown batting.

    Beautiful quilt. Stars and feathers - my favorite in quilts. I love the cornerstones. Quilting is just awesome.
