New to the site, but old as dirt.
I realy admire those who can do the fine detailed quuilting, but I finally realized that was never going to be my strong suit. My favorite quilt to make is a tufted (tied) baby quilt. They go fast, there's a limitless supply of basic paterns and they always get loads of use, which makes me feel good. I'm hoping this site will help me keep the creative juices flowing. BeckieO |

Well, I'm definitely an inDUHvidual. Totally forgot to mention:
Hiding out in Hopewell, (just south of Richmond) VA. 1 Girl Child, (Sherriff's Deputy in Norfolk) Hubby (known as "Hey You" around my house), almost housebroken after 37 years. No grands, but great neices/nephews are starting to pop. Still working full time (office clerk) but dreaming of retirement. And as for old, let's just say I've got wrinkles older than most of the folks I work with. HEHEHEHEHEH Look forward to getting to know everyone. BeckieO |

Beckio,
Sorry to ignore you, but please extend my thanks and gratitude to your daughter! I really appreciate what she and her fellow Deputy's and Peace officer's do! Any time I see an officer and s/he is not busy, AND I work up the nerve, I thank them. Always, "You're welcome." Sometimes added, "What for?" I can imagine they do not hear that much! |
Thank you soooo much. I passed your message on to the girl child and her cronies.
It's always nice to know you're appreciated. I've spent a lot of time the last couple of days looking at the awesome pictures on this forum. Keeps me inspired. BeckieO |
