I would try a search on WebMD and see what they have to say. If it's not dry skin and he hasn't come in contact with anything out of the ordinary..... It's worth a try. Good Luck!

If my DGM was still here she would it's because you have the urge to spend money. LOL!!

I was always told that when your hands itch you are about to receive money. Anyways perhaps a new lotion?

I hear if your hands itch one is receiving money the other hand it paying out money. I don't know which hand is the receiving or giving. It's just a myth.

is he exposed to lots of dish and laundry soap? hehehe could it be a side effect or reaction to a medication?

Ask to see if something he comes into contact with has changed. He may have dry skin. Has he changed any food or medicine intake. Have you changed bathing or laundry soaps?

Sometimes taking benadryll type of meds helps. I would check with the doctor or his nurse for their advice.

Don't want to worry you but years ago my Dr tested me for MS when I went through a long period of itchy hands. Hope you can figure out what's going on soon. I know it's very uncomfortable.

For me, itching hands is the first symptom of a food allergy. If I take a couple of Benedryl right away, I may be able to avoid a trip to the ER.
