Someone should have warned me that making mug rugs is addictive! I mean I was already addicted to buying fabric and to sewing but making mug rugs is even more addictive because you have a finished product so fast! Especially after struggling with all the queen size quilt tops I have been trying to finish. Now I am making mug rugs for all the Easter baskets I was going to fill with goodies for the neighbor kids and my grandson.
I made my first mug rug Sunday and ended up making 5 because they went so fast! Guess I better find a quilting buddy in East Central Michigan so I can send some things ahead of my move this summer. Mug Rug Tops Mug Rug Backs |
there are no warnings on this site!!!!!!and its soo addictive--like the rugs

I also love to make a quilt for my foot ottoman. Change them per season. It also helps to keep the cat hair and feet/shoes off my furniture.
