This is my first attempt at quilting many years ago. I made this quilt from a pattern piece mom had bought a kit. We both like mine better. Hers was kind of plain with no prints. I have made several quilts over the years but just for special occasions. Just started quilting again.
There is a deliberate flaw in my quilt. My mom told me when I was 16 that no quilt should be perfect. Aside from the errors sewing, can you find it. LOL. I can't believe this was your first quilt!
BTW I was told sort of the same thing. "Only God can make perfect things". I think it might be an Amish saying. |
