I have a mystery quilt I just completed and need quilting design help. I would like to do some light custom work on it, as I am new to custom designs. Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated!!

Wow! No advice on the quilting, but you did a great job selecting fabrics for a mystery quilt.

someone else taught me this, so I don't take credit. Get a piece of clear plastic big enough to cover at least a quarter of the quilt. (Joanne's sells it off a roll where the drapery and upholstery fabric is). Lay it over the quilt top and draw quilting designs on it with a dry erase marker. You can erase the marker with a piece of batting. This allows you to audition quilting designs without harm to the quilt.

Thanks, I actually have it on my computer and have been drawing for weeks!!! I am new to the quilting aspect of this and it is driving me nuts!!! I just don't now what to do. I see lots of stuff out there that is very intricate and I don't think I am ready for that yet, but I don't want to do a panto either!

I also have some clear plastic, so I guess I should try that too. Maybe it will look different than on the computer.
