I just looked on Craigslist in my area and there is a black Featherweight for sale--- only $150. I already have 4 ( 1 white, 1 tan, 2 black). I did email the seller, I know I won't be able to resist buying it. The seller says it needs work, this doesn't scare me as usually they just need oil/grease or the needle is in wrong. Parts are fairly easy to come by. The pictures looked fine. Would you buy it if you already had 4?

Well if it a color you don't have yet. And will it make you happy. Then go for it. I didn't see you said it's black have it painted something else.

I had 5 at one time for a while. I'm down to 3, two are black and 1 is tan. They are just so cute!

I'd buy it and then start selling them to us that want one!

I'd probably buy it and use it to trade for the 301 that I am really wanting.

Exactly. And if this purchase doesn't cause any disruption to the general household budget, then you should get it if you really love it.
