Anyone ever use this website and what is your opinion? Ever been shorted or have you been completely satisfied like they say you will be?

Seems like people are very pleased with it. To read other threads that include fabric.com just do a search with that name. I order online fairly often from a variety of shops and am rarely disappointed.

I have ordered from them repeatedly. Excellent service, never been shorted. They have so many good specials, I have to train myself to not look at every one.

This is my favorite on line shop. Order way too often. They also send you "special" coupons. I particularly like the fact manufacturers are identified. If I can't touch the fabric, know it is good quality since I know the manufacturer.

been shopping with them for over 10 years- they offer free shipping at $35...i can always spend $35 and get free shipping- that's a big deal in my book- since shipping is usually a whole additional yard of fabric (or more)
they have wonderful customer service-
over the years there have been an occassional (very seldom 3 or 4 times in 10 years) problem with my order- which they fix very quickly- and very generously- as soon as i call them and talk to them about it.
once i received an incorrect cut- they told me to keep the incorrect fabric and they sent out the correct cut the same day-
once i received an incorrect fabric- again- i was told to keep it- and they sent the correct fabric right away-
their cuts are generous-their selection is great-
and customer service over the top!

I have ordered from them alot. My last order was for 2 yards. When I received it it was only 1 yard. I called them ans they sent the 2 yards and told me to keep the other piece, no charge.

I've ordered fabric from them several times and have been very happy with all of it and their service. Got shorted on fabric 1 time and called them as soon as the order arrived. They immediately sent the correct amount and I had it in just a few days. Their yard is a tad longer than 36" - probably 37"-38". Be sure to sign up for their newsletter and you will know about their sales and discount codes. :lol:

I have shopped there regularly for over four years and have never had a problem. Once, I received the wrong item and they sent me a return label to send it back. They replaced what I originally wanted very quickly.
