Anyone ever use this website and what is your opinion? Ever been shorted or have you been completely satisfied like they say you will be?

Seems like people are very pleased with it. To read other threads that include fabric.com just do a search with that name. I order online fairly often from a variety of shops and am rarely disappointed.

I have ordered from them repeatedly. Excellent service, never been shorted. They have so many good specials, I have to train myself to not look at every one.

This is my favorite on line shop. Order way too often. They also send you "special" coupons. I particularly like the fact manufacturers are identified. If I can't touch the fabric, know it is good quality since I know the manufacturer.

been shopping with them for over 10 years- they offer free shipping at $35...i can always spend $35 and get free shipping- that's a big deal in my book- since shipping is usually a whole additional yard of fabric (or more)
they have wonderful customer service-
over the years there have been an occassional (very seldom 3 or 4 times in 10 years) problem with my order- which they fix very quickly- and very generously- as soon as i call them and talk to them about it.
once i received an incorrect cut- they told me to keep the incorrect fabric and they sent out the correct cut the same day-
once i received an incorrect fabric- again- i was told to keep it- and they sent the correct fabric right away-
their cuts are generous-their selection is great-
and customer service over the top!

I have ordered from them alot. My last order was for 2 yards. When I received it it was only 1 yard. I called them ans they sent the 2 yards and told me to keep the other piece, no charge.

I've ordered fabric from them several times and have been very happy with all of it and their service. Got shorted on fabric 1 time and called them as soon as the order arrived. They immediately sent the correct amount and I had it in just a few days. Their yard is a tad longer than 36" - probably 37"-38". Be sure to sign up for their newsletter and you will know about their sales and discount codes. :lol:

I have shopped there regularly for over four years and have never had a problem. Once, I received the wrong item and they sent me a return label to send it back. They replaced what I originally wanted very quickly.

I just got my first order from them. Prompt, and correct. I was not so thrilled with one of the flannels when I washed it, but...that is the manufacturer, not the seller...

I will use them again.

I have ordered from them many times. I have also ordered swatches from them when I was making my curtains. The swatches were big, about 7"square. I buy unbleached muslin by the bolt when it is on sale. Love their sales!! I have always been satisfied with my orders.

I like ordering from them. They ship the fastest out of any companies I use. The prices are reasonable, and if there's ever been a problem it's resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I think there's been a mixup maybe 2-3x ever for me.

I ordered from them and the fabric was fine, but the shipping to Canada was more expensive than what other shops charge.

I have been a long time customer. For the most part I have been very happy. Lately I've had some problems, (orderd 4 yards, got it in three pieces and total yardage only came to 3 yrds. Received some fabric with a few holes, received the wrong fabric, got a piece that was cut wrong).

But, if you send them an e-mail they always take take care of it right away. The key is to inspect your order as soon as you open it.

Have ordered from them many times, just got my frequent buyer discount of 15% off on my next order. Fast service, usually get my order the next day (they are real close) no shipping on orders over $35. Can't beat that. They are my favorite fabric store!

the only thing I have ordered was 3 bundles of their yard ends. They are $19.95, if memory serves. I loved them. The variety was nice. Every pce of fabric was lovely. Some of them, I wanted more of!!!

I've been ordering from them for years, and only ever had 2 issues. One was that they sent the wrong fabric, I emailed them, they told me to keep it and they sent the right yardage of the one I did order. The other time they missed one fabric in my order. Again, emailed them and it was sent the next day.

I love them!!! Quality fabrics at great prices and super fast shipping!!! Customer service is out of this world!!!

I have always received good service and prices.

I, like others, had a problem and was told to keep the incorrect fabric and they promptly sent out the correct one. I had ordered 10 different fairy frost fabrics. One was cut twice, so my 10 fabrics were only 9 of the colors ordered.

Glad to see this post as I am planning on ordering from them tomorrow for a piece of fabric that I had been looking for and found it this afternoon on Fabric.com. I had never ordered from them before, so am happy to see these posts too.

I've used it numerous times. Never been shorted and never been disappointed. I used to live about 2 miles from them. Any time I ordered they were happy to just let me pick it up in person so I didn't have to pay postage.

All the fabric I've ordered has always been very, very nice.

I have ordered from them since they started their online business, about 12 years. They are great. I just got an order from them last Wednesday. I had ordered 4 pieces of pre-quilted fabric, one yard each; one piece came as non-quilted but had the right inventory label on it, another came as only a half yard. I called them immediately, she said to pack up the error pieces and they would have UPS pick them up and would send me the correct items, and she was very apologetic about the error. UPS came Friday, picked up the wrong pieces, and the new fab is coming Tuesday. Great service, in my opinion.

I love them and order frequently. My favorite is the design wall. I love being able to see my fabrics together and how they will work in my project.

I've ordered several times during the past couple of years. You get your fabric fast and they carry all manufacturers.

I always check "Thousands of Bolts - Only One Nut" first as they do have the best prices and are wonderful to do business with.

I made one purchase and was very happy. Next time I buy online I'll order from them.

I've ordered from them several times without any problems. The last time, however, I received a yard of minky fabric instead of a blue fabric I ordered. They quickly sent the right fabric & told me to use the minky. There was no charge for the proper fabric or for shipping.

I ordered from them and they sent the wrong fabric. It was a much better fabric then I had ordered. They refunded the charge and told me to keep the fabric. I have ordered from them a couple of times and never been disappointed.

I have never had a problem - and their delivery was oh-so-fast.
