... when they are printed on the fabric? Such as this panel. If you look closely, each block has the "Real Tree" logo on it.

If you could, would you cut it off and work around it? Or does it not really matter?

I guess I wouldn't have noticed it, but now that you've pointed it out, I don't care for it. I would leave it there since it's not too obviously distracting. It would be different if it didn't blend.

i don't think we should have to pay them to advertise for them

wuv2quilt 09-09-2011 05:23 AM

Personally, I'd cut it off...but that's just my OCD talking...lol :)

To me it just doesn't make sense to have the label showing.
It would probably bug me. I've never seen that before now.

Wow, that's bad. I've not seen it quite so obvious before.
I'd be tempted to cut it off, then use it in a crumb quilt later maybe.

Around here the logo is what sells the product. The hunters love "Mossy Oak" anything. It's like a sports team logo. Also John Deere.

I have never seen this on fabric before. I dont like it, but you cant do anything about it without damaging the block. I love the animals.

I think the manufacturer is sending a subliminal message hoping that people either won't notice or don't care.

"RealTree" has always included their name in camo goods but I do not like it on a representational picture and would cut or cover it.
