We usually get at least 50 trick-or-treaters. Last night the weather was terrible and we got about 20. So late last night, DH and I started eating the leftover treats. I have got to get them out of the house today or we'll both be like blimps. I am about to dump it all into a box and carry it to our resource center.
Anyone else pig out? |
no more than my 1-3 nightly jellybeans
|
No because we only buy treats that don't tempt us like Butterfingers, Skittles, bubble gum...ick.
But when my grandkids bring home their loot I admit I seem to eat a lot of their licorice |
Get 2 boxes browniemix make in separate bowls. Put first in pan. Layer chocolate bars on top. Add other Brownie mixture. Bake according to directions Im going to freeze and save for Christmas goodies!!! U can sprinkle with powder sugar before serving.

That brownie ideas sounds good, may have to try that. Of course, we only buy the bite size candy bars we like, and yes, we put them in the candy box and yes, we eat them and so does the family when they come around. Everyone checks the candy box when they are here.

I bought stuff we didn't really like and we ate it anyway. Had three little kids come to the door last night so I have a lot of icky stuff. I do love the bubble gum.
