What color to paint a sewing room?
 

I'm going to be reorganizing my sew room (I hope). But, I can't decide what color to paint the walls so it doesn't conflict with matching fabrics together. Any ideas????

The quilting museum in Paducah has sort of light grayish beige walls (if my memory is correct)

I would go for white!

As for trying to not conflict forget it!! LoL A lovely yellow is so nice and cheerful But of course Thats what My room has! :)

I would select a nice soothing peaceful color. Pastels would be my choice.

For choosing colors, white is the best background...that said, my walls are a light beige! LOL

I painted my walls in my sewing room light light blue ---then on one of the walls I have my design board with white flannel...no conflict with looking at colors.

Mine is also a guest bedroom and its a very soft buttery yellow !

my walls are an off white. in my spare bedroom/ sewing room...:)

My ideal sewing room would have pale yellow walls.
