A woman from guild brought this one in for me to quilt for her - still practicing with those feathers on the long arm but they are looking better! :)

Your feathers look good! REALLY good!! Doesn't it feel wonderful when your feathers finally look like you've been imagining them in your head? :) Your customer will be thrilled with your quilting. I would be. I can't wait to see what you do with the rest of the quilts!

I'm having so much fun. I'm washing the backing fabric before putting the next quilt on the frame - I'm going to try some different feathers without backtracking. I feel like the shape isn't so bad it's just the spines I don't like. :) |
