A couple of things I whipped up this month using blocks my quilt group made ..... Donated quilts for newborns in need.... Every month I demo a block pattern to our SewNSew Gals group, they try one at home and bring it back next Months Meeting.. I then turn around and try and make a quilt from what they submitt... and these are the latest ones..
String quilt blocks made from scrap strips using a center white strip.. .[ATTACH=CONFIG]485057[/ATTACH] Back of sting block quilt... I kinda like my machine quilting .[ATTACH=CONFIG]485058[/ATTACH] typical 5inch sq block quilt. .[ATTACH=CONFIG]485059[/ATTACH] MSQC exploding blocks... .[ATTACH=CONFIG]485060[/ATTACH]. Dont recall the pattern but this was super simple.. sew three 2.5 strips.. Light/Med/dark.. Sew Dark to the center.. .[ATTACH=CONFIG]485061[/ATTACH] Another Light/Med/Dark block quilt.. .[ATTACH=CONFIG]485062[/ATTACH]. thanks for looking.. |
They all look beautiful but I really like your string quilt. The black and white really makes it pop.
