new ruler

interesting video of a new ruler. Looks like a winner http://www.pmquilting.com/2_1_2_Quil...p_p/080114.htm

Nice....not sure I want to spend another $32 on a ruler.....have to think about this.

Looks interesting but I agree with Lady Diana, another ruler when I could use the rulers I have to accomplish the same thing.

I I wonder if because the ruler is not really flush with the fabric when cutting, because of that ridge, there might be a problem?

I think that is a great new ruler! I'm in charge of new product purchases for my guild so this will go on the list. I can see it helping many of our members who can't use the Go to cut the small squares and end up with more miss cuts then cuts using a plain ruler.

What a great idea, I know how easily strips shift when I try to cut them. They have some nice free quilt patterns on site as well.

It cuts a thickness of 8 layers or so. will it slip with just one layer?? it's nice, but i'm cheap and would rather use a ruler i already have. thanks for sharing with us.

I have a plain 2 1/2 ruler that I bought at Michael s. It is my favorite ruler since I cut so many strips.

A bit pricey

I saw this too on an email from the store. I wondered if I missed something. Is the idea of this that you just cut 2.5" strips? What makes it worth s much $$$?
