where to buy the fabric for Labyrinth walk quilt..
Just got my pattern for the Labyrinth walk quilt and now I have to get thew fabric, my question is...where to buy the fabric at..
Is there a good place to buy the fabric for the Labyrinth walk quilt? I know that this is one of the important parts of making this quilt, Getting the right shades of fabric for each color.. Anyone buy the fabric on line? and where did you buy it from ..Thanks can't wait to start this quilt... |
A lot of QB members buy from connecting threads online.

I buy from fabric.com and Missouri Star Quilt Co., and Thousand Bolts and One Nut.

check out local quilt shops. Take the pattern and let them help. All the above are good ideas.

I bought mine from fabric.com, they had the perfect range of gray batiks for me at a good price.

What timing... I just received my pattern too. I did look online for fabric but I wasn't sure if I could pick the right shades so ended up at local shop. I chose not to use batiks, as they are just not my thing - don't know why, and here's a pic of the fabric I got. Now that I have it home, I'm second guessing the plain solid white. Will the contrast be too stark? I'm thinking I should use someting with a texture or something. Thoughts?

I used Stonehenge by Northcott for my Labyrinth Walk because I wanted that stone look for the walls. Got it from Thousands of Bolts. They've got tons of colors and really good prices. Be sure to show us a pic of yours when it's finished.

I get much of my fabric from Thousand of bolt and only one nut, great prices and many colors, manufacturers http://www.thousandsofbolts.com/inde...5&redirect=yes

I saw the pattern in Davenport, IA at the Mississippi Valley Quilters Guild show. Lots of great fabric out there for this pattern.....Missouri Star is my favorite.
