Crêpe Complète
I just got back from France and oh my....the food. I had this simple, but delightful dish while sitting at an outdoor cafe, on a sunny day in Paris, with a lovely glass of white wine. I thought that I'd share this recipe with you that I found online. I'm going to try to make it today for breakfast.

(Mine might have been a buckwheat crepe, but a white flour crepe will do too.) On top of that was a perfectly cooked, sunny-side up, egg. Salad and bread were served along side. The presentation was so beautiful and it tasted great! |
