    Default Crêpe Complète

I just got back from France and oh my....the food. I had this simple, but delightful dish while sitting at an outdoor cafe, on a sunny day in Paris, with a lovely glass of white wine. I thought that I'd share this recipe with you that I found online. I'm going to try to make it today for breakfast.

Crêpe Complète is basically a large crepe, that was folded over and filled with melted, Gruyere cheese and chunks of really, good ham. (Mine might have been a buckwheat crepe, but a white flour crepe will do too.) On top of that was a perfectly cooked, sunny-side up, egg. Salad and bread were served along side. The presentation was so beautiful and it tasted great!

I’m glad you were able to experience France and their amazing food. I am ready to go back but haven’t been out of the country yet. Thank you for the recipe, I’ll have to give it a try…
